Prosperity Transportation LLC ("Prosperity," "we," "us") operates this website at prosperitytransportationtx.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what you send us through our forms, we use it to respond to you or to process your driver application, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Information we collect

Freight quote & contact forms. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter — typically your name, company, phone, email, and details about your freight. We use it to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

Driver application. Our online driver application collects the information required for a DOT-regulated driver qualification file under 49 CFR Part 391 — including your legal name, contact details, date of birth, Social Security number, driver license details, employment and residence history, driving record disclosures, and your electronic signature (including the signature image, signing time, and the IP address of the device used to sign). This information is used solely to evaluate your application for employment, to conduct the background, drug/alcohol, and safety-history screening you authorize inside the application, and to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a motor carrier.

Automatic information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How your information is stored and shared

• Form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and delivered directly to our company email inboxes through our hosting infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• Driver-application information is shared only as you authorize within the application — with consumer reporting agencies and prior employers for the verifications required by federal regulation (FCRA, 49 CFR 391.23, FMCSA Clearinghouse, PSP) — and with government agencies where the law requires it.
• The driver application offers an autosave convenience that stores your in-progress answers in your own browser's storage on your device. Your Social Security number, date of birth, and signature are never stored by this feature. Submitting or clearing your browser data removes it.

Text messages

If you opt in to text communications, we may send you recruiting or dispatch-related messages. Consent is not a condition of employment or service, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Retention & your choices

We keep quote and contact inquiries as long as needed to serve you. Driver-application records are retained per DOT recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where the law allows (some driver-qualification records must be retained by federal rule).

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and applicants must be at least 23 years of age.
