A quote request is an inquiry, not a booking; no rate is binding until confirmed by us in writing. Freight services are provided under our operating authority (USDOT 2902356 · MC 976555) and the applicable rate confirmation, bill of lading, and governing transportation law.

Driver applications

Submitting the online driver application is not an offer or guarantee of employment. All applications are subject to the verifications and screenings described and authorized in the application itself, and to our hiring standards. Information you certify in the application must be true and complete; false statements are grounds for refusal or termination.

Intellectual property

The Prosperity name, logo, photography, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except as needed to view the site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties about its availability or that its content is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute over the site belongs in the state or federal courts covering Parker County, Texas.
